FM11RF08 F08 SMART CARD Mifare Format 

FM11RF08 (F08) is fully compatible with original MF1 IC S50 (MIFARE® Classic 1k S50), FM11RF08 contactless card IC is according to ISO14443 Type A developed by Shanghai FuDan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. This chipset has 1K × 8bits EEPROM organization. The maximum communication rage between the reader and contactless card is approximately 10cm.


FM11RF08 also has a very high security performance with the encryption and communication circuit, and is a true multi-application smart card with the functionality of a processor card realized with hardware logic. So FM11RF08 can be especially tailored to meet the requirements of a payment card which can be used for ticketing systems in public transport and comparable application.

* 1 Kbyte, organized in 16 sectors with 4 blocks of 16 bytes each (one block consists of 16 byte)
* User definable access conditions for each memory block
* Mutual three pass authentication (ISO/IEC DIS 9798-2)
* Individual set of two keys per sector (per application) to support multi-application with key hierarchy
* 4Bytes Unique serial number
* Contactless transmission of data and supply energy (no battery needed)
* Operating distance: Up to 100mm (depending on antenna geometry)
* Operating frequency: 13.56 MHz
* Data transfer: 106 kbit/s
* Data integrity: 16 Bit CRC, parity, bit coding, bit counting

* Anticollision
* Typical ticketing transaction: < 100 ms (including backup management)
